P. McGettigan, rider of Hezahunk, trained by Patrick J. McKenna, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had to check a furlong and a half out. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
C.D. Hayes, rider of She's A Gift (GB), trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no clear run in the straight.
379B Happy Christmas From All Nursery H'capW.J. Lee, rider of Manifest Destiny, trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount dived left from the stalls.
P. McGettigan, rider of California Baby, trained by Daniel James Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled leaving the stalls.
R.P. Cleary, rider of Tariff, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right for the last furlong.
379C BAR 1 Betting Gift Vouchers H'capL.T. McAteer, rider of The Liffey, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bump a furlong down.
J. Kearney, rider of Instant Appeal (GB), trained by Stephen Thorne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount went right in the final furlong.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Exquisite Acclaim, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered near the finish.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Big Gossey, ridden by W.J. Lee, The Liffey, ridden by L.T. McAteer, and Exquisite Acclaim, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount shied away from the horse on his inside and ducked right. D.P. McDonogh stated that his mount was weakening when The Liffey bumped him slightly. W.J. Lee stated that he kept a straight line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
379D Dundalk Stadium Gift Vouchers Online HcpThe Raceday Stewards interviewed I. Khan, rider of Lahore Da King, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that I. Khan was in breach of R.10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record in this regard (third offence), they suspended him for eight racedays. Mr. C.J. Sweeney recused himself from this enquiry and was replaced by Mr. H. Hynes.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Brosna Green, trained by Patrick J. McKenna, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount reared up as the gates opened.
379E BAR 1 Betting Watch Live Racing RaceThe Raceday Stewards reviewed where Camino Vino shifted right at the two furlong pole and again inside the final furlong. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
G.P. Halpin, rider of Doitforjill Ronnie, trained by Donncha Duggan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung violently right throughout.
379F Floodlit Fridays At Dundalk Stadium M'dnAdam Caffrey, rider of Celtic Priestess, trained by Nigel Thomas Slevin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount reared and stumbled leaving the gates.
Thomas Cleary, trainer of Padre Bay (GB), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge scoped dirty post race.
379G DundalkStadium.com H'capThe Raceday Stewards reviewed the start of this race where it appeared that stall number eight opened marginally ahead of the other stalls. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no material advantage was gained by Benavente and they therefore took no further action.
S.T. McCullagh, rider of Metamorphic (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.
